We want you to be satisfied with co-Note. If something is not working as expected, please contact us first — we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Eligibility

• Refund requests made within 14 days of a charge are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If you were charged due to a billing error, we will issue a full refund promptly.
• Refunds are not available for partial months or where the service was used substantially during the billing period.

Annual plans

For annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days, a pro-rated refund for unused months may be issued at our discretion. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued where accounts have been suspended due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
